Yes — fully online*, which means wherever you are in the world, you're welcome here. Sessions take place via video call so you can do this work from the comfort of your own space.
The Voice Liberation Lab is an online membership and community - though we do meet in person for retreats from time to time ;).

Traditional voice coaching focuses on technique — breath support, resonance, range. This work goes deeper. Somatic Voice Liberation™ works with the nervous system first, because the real reason most people struggle with their voice isn't just technique. It's safety. When your body feels safe to be heard, everything else follows.

You don't need to be*. This work is for anyone who has ever gone quiet when they needed to speak, frozen under pressure, or felt like their voice doesn't quite belong to them. Singers, speakers, leaders, creatives — if you have a voice and a body, you're in the right place.

Somatic Experiencing™ is a therapeutic trauma resolution modality, and working with the nervous system is therapeutic.
Somatic Voice Liberation™ work is not psychotherapy and doesn't replace it. What this work does is help you understand and work with your nervous system's relationship to your voice — which can complement therapy beautifully, or stand powerfully on its own.
