This work draws from Somatic Experiencing™, the trauma resolution approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine.
In sessions we gently explore the trauma patterns that may contribute to:
vocal shutdown or loss of voice under pressure
freezing when speaking or singing
fear of being seen or heard
difficulty expressing truth or emotion
lingering effects of past experiences of silencing or system overwhelm
Sessions move slowly and respectfully, allowing your body to guide the process of healing and integration.
